Open

Once logged into Summit Export Control, you are placed in the Open tab under the Summit symbol.

This tab shows all reviews you have access to that are in an open status (i.e. Draft or In Progress).

Closed

This tab shows all the closed reviews you have access to.

The tab next to Closed, are All Reviews and will show all the reviews you have access to regardless of status (open or closed).

In each review folder, there are columns listing specific pieces of information for each review. Most columns can be filtered or sorted.

Review ID
The review ID - an 8 character identifier starting with an "E" which is given to every review work item.

Type
The acronym of the review type
- FPR - Foreign Person Review

Subtype
The secondary identification of the review type. With FPRs, those subtypes can be H1-B, J-1, Visitor (B/VWP), Other.

Status
The current status of the review.

Assignee
The administrator in charge of the review.

Principal Investigator
The Host Faculty/Supervisor on the review.

External Entity
The entity being reviewed. For FPRs, this is the foreign person(s) listed by name.

Title
The title for the review.

Country
The country associated with the

Source ID
Not utilized for FPRs.

Created
Date the review was created.

Closed
Date the review was closed. Only shown on the Closed and All Reviews tabs.
